Our pet wash is really open 24/7 and 365 days per year (even though the store may not be open). The inside is lit really well along with the outside of the building!

When you press the button, the silver nozzle & hose will dispense all included items. This will result in a simultaneous flow of water and the selected product from the hose.
Our 24/7 self-serve pet wash ensures a comfortable temperature at all times, thanks to its heating and cooling system.
No need to worry, our facilities are specifically designed to handle large dogs. The entire space is a wet room with the drains positioned on the other side of the wall!
For payment at the pet wash machine, only major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Cash transactions are not supported.
When inserting, tapping, or using contactless payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay, it is important to hold your payment method there for a few seconds until all four lights blink.
Regrettably, there is no option to pay for a few additional minutes separately. You will need to make another payment of $10 for a duration of 15 minutes.
We highly recommend settling your pet first before proceeding with the payment process.
We do not require you to clean the pet wash, but we do ask that if you have extra time please rinse it down with the tub disinfectant and rinse.
While not required, you can help maintain cleanliness by rinsing down the pet wash with our tub disinfectant after each use.
With dedicated staff, we ensure product cleanliness through thorough cleaning twice a day and regular inspections.
