Our delivery hours are Monday-Saturday, from 1:00-6:00pm. Deliveries are dispatched at 1:00pm and completed by 6:00pm. While we strive to accommodate your schedule, please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to high demand. Orders placed before 1:00pm will be delivered the same day (unless otherwise noted). Any orders placed after 1:00pm will be delivered the following business day.

We do not offer delivery services on the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

We offer delivery within a 20-mile radius of our store for a $5 fee, or free delivery on orders of $25 or more.

Please note: If you’re eligible for redemption you must still pay the applicable state tax, your delivery total must meet the $10 minimum. All other discounts, including our Frequent Buyer Program (green card), Military Discount, and paper mail discounts, are redeemable in-store only. Feel free to contact us with any questions!

You do not need to be present to receive your order, but we do require a secure and safe drop-off location. Please note, Pittsboro Pet Supply is not responsible for any damaged or stolen items if the designated drop-off area is not secure.

If you have specific preferences—such as where you'd like your items placed or if you'd like a call upon delivery—please include these details in the "Delivery Instructions" or "Delivery Notes" field. If no instructions are provided, we will leave your order outside the door. Providing clear instructions helps ensure your items are delivered safely.
