Delivery Guidelines

We are excited to offer online ordering for local delivery service!

This is a new adventure for us at Pittsboro Pet Supply! We thank you for your patience as we learn to execute this new practice efficiently. To ensure a great experience, we do have some guidelines:

  • Our delivery times are Monday-Friday, 1:00pm-6:00pm. Deliveries go out at 1:00pm and are finished by 6:00pm. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule, but due to demand we cannot guarantee time specific delivery. If you order before 1:00pm, your delivery will be delivered the same day (unless otherwise specified).  Any orders after 1:00pm will be delivered the next business day. *We do not deliver on the following holidays:  Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day.
  • We currently deliver roughly within a 12 mile radius of the store for a $5 fee, unless you meet the $75 Free Shipping. (Below you will see a map of our current delivery radius.) (Dog Houses & Kennels are a $40 delivery charge)
  • If you are unable to find an item online, please call us at the store. While we are working to have our web store reflect our in-store inventory, at this current moment, we do not have all items online.
  • Part of a rewards program? Please note this in the special instructions field. We will reflect that upon your customer card in our system. Note: If you are up for a redemption of either of these programs, your delivery total must meet $10 minimum. We are happy to help you pick out additional items to meet the minimum. Please call us at the store if you have any questions!
  • All other discounts including our Big Ten Program, Military Discount, paper mail discounts are only redeemable in-store.
  • Purchases over $75 will receive Free Shipping for our Home Delivery. (excluding dog houses & kennels)
  • You do not need to be in person to receive your order, but we require a drop off area that you find safe and secure. Pittsboro Pet Supply is not responsible for any damaged or stolen goods as a result of the drop off area not being secure for your order. Need your food placed in a certain spot? Would you like us to call when we get there? Please note this in the special instructions field. If there are no specific instructions, we will place food outside door. Please consider leaving us instructions to ensure your goods are received.
